Registration

In order to participate in the II International Conference on University Guidance CIOU 2021, follow these steps:

1º Check the Conference attendance fees 

2º Register by clicking here. 

3º Nextclick on «activate account» after receiving a confirmation e-mail. 

4º Sign in and submit the abstract if you wish. 

5º Abstract submissionfill in the requested information, send it to us and we will inform you of your acceptance. 

6º Finally, to formalize the registration and make the payment, choose the type of registration, fill the gaps (Name, Surnames and e-amil address) and indicate if you are going to attend the dinner. Payment may be made at any time prior to the deadline registration.

IMPORTANT:

  • Groups that participate with less than five people won’t be able to choose the first rate.
  • A person from the Research Group will be in charge of registering and making the payment while the rest of the team will only have have to register. The person in charge of the group will have to send an email to ciou2020@uva.es confirming their registration and a list with the members of the working group.
  • Graduate and Post-graduate students: when registering, you have to attach a copy of the course enrollment fees of the years 2019-2020, 2020-202, and 2021-2022.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY 

  • The registration fee will be refunded to those who request it. For this purpose, it will be necessary to send an e-mail to the Technical Secretariat of the conference (ciou2020@uva.es) including subject “CIOU2021 refund request”, name, surname, and ID of the person concerned. 

The Conference has been organized online, presence, or semi-presence-based. Participation in the Conference may be conducted in person until the capacity limit of each space is reachedBesides, access will be provided in an online format through the Microsoft Teams platform, due to the current health situation. 

Presence-based activities has limited capacity. Hence, order of registration will be taken into account. 

Once the registration has been fulfilled, you will receive an e-mail providing the link to attend the Conference through the Microsoft Teams platform.
